Terms of Service

Hiba Central is a software platform operated by KamsTech LLC (“we,” “us”). Mosques, Islamic centers, and similar community organizations (“organizations”) use it to run their own donations, membership, and educational programs. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Each organization independently controls its own content, programs, fees, membership terms, and the data of the people it serves. We provide and maintain the software; the organization is responsible for how it uses it and for its relationship with its members and donors. Questions about a specific donation, registration, membership, or refund should go to that organization directly.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell the organization (or us) promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers on behalf of the organization; we do not store full card numbers. Donations are made to the organization, not to KamsTech LLC. Whether a gift is tax-deductible, and any receipts or acknowledgements, are the responsibility of the organization. Refunds are handled under the organization’s policies.

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorized to see, no interference with its operation, and no uploading of malicious code. We may suspend access that threatens the platform’s integrity or other users.

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may revise these terms; material changes will be communicated to the organizations we serve, and the date above will be updated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KamsTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits rights you may have directly against an organization for its own acts.
